Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Yield: 1 smoothie
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 cup full-fat greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 dates, pitted, torn into chunks
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth.
For a colder smoothie, refrigerate the pumpkin purée before using (leftovers need to be refrigerated anyway), and freeze half the almond milk into ice cubes.
